    DEVICE(S) REPAIR & SERVICE WARRANTY & WAIVER AGREEMENT:First and foremost, I will-always-take care of you, to the, best of myability-to make things right.THE BEARER, is, entitled to our standardwarranty(HHTS’S#COVERED(HHTS#C)) & fully, agrees to all the belowstated terms and conditions.I authorize Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney III to perform work onmy devices as detailed on the reverse of this waiver form and bound by the terms andconditions below.I understand that Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney III will onlyperform the work listed on the reverse. For technical support (in person, over the phone orotherwise) after the original work has been completed, I will be required to pay full regularsupport rates.I certify that I am the legal owner or an authorized representative of the owner of thecomputer system described on the reverse. In the event that I am found not to be the truelegal a owner or an authorized representative, I assume all liability for any and all claimsmade as the result of the technical support rendered by Helping Hands Tech Support &Raymond Eugene Whitney III on this computer system.I understand that Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney IIIs not anauthorized service dealer and that technical support rendered by Helping Hands TechSupport & Raymond Eugene Whitney III may void manufacturer warranties for thiscomputer system. Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney III does notassume any liability or provide any warranty in the event that the manufacturer warrantiesare voided.I understand that Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney IIIs not liablefor any loss of data as a result of a computer repair request. I am aware that Helping HandsTech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney III will ONLY back up data found in Windowsuser folders (My Documents, My Pictures, etc) and that full data backup is my ownresponsibility.I understand that Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond Eugene Whitney III provides awarranty of 90 days on hardware repairs for manufacturer defects or failure of the replacedcomponent ONLY. Physical damage or misuse of replaced components is NOT covered.I understand that NO warranty is given on software cleanups (malware, viruses etc) beyond24 hours from the time of pickup and that cleanup of current infections does NOT protectagainst future reinfections. Repeat software cleanups will be charged at full regular price.. I, expressly, waive all claims against Helping Hands Tech Support & Raymond EugeneWhitney III and release, indemnify and hold harmless Helping Hands Tech Support &Raymond Eugene Whitney III for any damages to my computer or data that may arise fromany work performed.
